Leadership: What Does It Take?
Scott Bahr has successfully led businesses in several industries, growing startups into $250 million-plus market leaders and turning around failing companies, leading teams of more than 1,000 people. On Friday October 9, 2020, beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET, he is sharing some of his leadership knowledge with you. Whether you're an accomplished exec now, or just heading up the ladder, you'll want to take notes and come prepared to ask questions as he discusses:
What’s the first step in gaining customer loyalty?
How can a company use branding to build relationships and revenue potential?
Is it possible to get your customer to have your logo tattooed on their body?
What’s the fundamental tool resort professionals can use RIGHT NOW during these tough times?
What are the three things a leader needs most, and why?
Sharon Scott Wilson, RRP, Publisher, The Trades Publishing Company
Intrapreneur, editor, and writer/journalist Sharon Wilson carefully curates speakers to share from their resort-oriented experiences during this period of extreme duress. Remember the Brown Bag Lunches we had, prior to COVID? Under Wilson’s direction, The Trades is innovating a provocative and informative series of online events featuring speakers who will draw from their own real-life experiences. Your involvement is encouraged, so bring your sandwich and your questions and be prepared to enter the discussion.
