    Tom Bortnyk is másLabor’s Sr. Vice President and General Counsel. He advises clients on regulatory compliance issues, oversees the company’s quality assurance program, and represents the company on the Executive Committee of the National Council of Agricultural Employers (NCAE). Tom was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, has a B.S. in International Affairs from Florida State University, and a J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law in Virginia.
