 Birmingham City Council estimates that 69,000 rental properties will require either additional or selective licences from 5th June 2023. Don't be caught out!

From 5th September, Birmingham City Council will start prosecuting landlords who haven't made applications. Penalties for being non compliant include unlimited fines, rent repayment orders and banning orders.
