Mindy McIntosh grew up in the Thumb of Michigan, where her parents instilled in her the values of hard work and honesty from a young age. Now, she's dedicated to helping others achieve their retirement dreams, whether that's spending quality time with family, traveling the world, or simply enjoying peace of mind without the worries of an uncertain retirement.

Since starting her financial services career in 2002, Mindy has been committed to making others feel like their best selves. She's an inspiration to her team with her energetic coaching style and takes a "family first" approach to both her home and business life. With a team approach, Mindy uses the Focus Wealth Plan to offer a holistic approach to retirement, combining future income planning, optimal investment planning, comprehensive tax planning, health care understanding, and strategic legacy planning to simplify retirement and help clients focus on what matters most.

A proud Michigan State University graduate, Mindy loves supporting her daughters, Haylee, Ava, and Naomi, in their various activities, whether it's helping with a school play, cheering on Haylee’s singing with their church youth group, or taking the girls to school sports. The family enjoys exercising and exploring the great outdoors together, often with their dog, Han.

Mindy and her family are dedicated to giving back to the community. They volunteer to teach financial literacy in the Freeland Community School District through Junior Achievement and participate in various fundraising and service efforts in the Mid-Michigan area. Mindy also serves on the board of the Freeland Community Chamber of Commerce, where she helps with the scholarship program. Mindy loves educating people of all ages, whether it's elementary students learning through Freeland's Junior Achievement program or our client families planning for and living in retirement. Her mission is to help others achieve their dreams and live their best lives.
