The Welfare Checklist,
what is it and why is it so important?
Going to court may seem to be a very daunting experience, and like most things, the fear of the unknown coupled with the emotional situation that you find yourself in will raise the fear levels. In this Webinar I will cover everything that you are likely to encounter, what it means, what you need to do and the different repercussions of decisions you take along the path. It need not be as bad as you think.
Be Prepared. Be Confident. Be Ready
The majority of hearings in the Family Courts are handled by people representing themselves for a variety of reasons. They oppose Lawyers who do this job every day. Their family situation is investigated by CAFCASS who do this every day. Decisions are taken by Judges who were lawyers and do this every day. You will do this for a brief period of your life and be in court a handful of times.
Learn the ropes, understand the rules of the game. Know what works and more importantly what does not work.
Week commencing Monday 30th December 2024, 7:00 PM. Choose the best day for you.
