“We have way more to maintain than we can afford!!!” - This webinar will show Facility or Property Managers how to inventory and assess the condition of various building components.  It lays the groundwork for maintaining such untagged assets throughout their life span.  The challenge in managing assets is knowing which ones to invest expense dollars into maintaining at any given time. The webinar will present and discuss a methodical way of organizing data in such a way as to prioritize spending on the building components at the optimum time.  

​​​​​​​By looking at examples of how this technique is implemented, one can gain insight into the proper time (this year or in future years) to maintain, repair or replace building untagged assets in an organized fashion.  The steps outlined in the presentation include establishing assets, assessing condition, performing physical tests, establishing rating standards and assigning grades.  By analyzing the results of these steps, this webinar presents a sound facility management process and plan for maintaining a single facility or a fleet of properties.
