Chris Boone - Technical Sales Manager, North America, at EverCare, where I leverage over 30 years in the chemical industry to deliver technical solutions and drive growth across diverse markets. My background spans R&D, product development, and technical sales, with prior roles at Univar Solutions, McIntyre Group, and Alberto Culver. I hold a B.S. in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University. Passionate about innovation and collaboration, I enjoy creating value for customers through technical expertise and strategic partnerships. My goal is to enhance product performance and quality while contributing to meaningful impact for my company and the customers we serve.

Mark Broussard is a Cosmetic Chemist focused on Skinminimalist product development in the Cleanical, Clean Beauty, Natural and Organic cosmetic markets and OTC product development.  As Founder of Desert In Bloom Cosmetics Lab, Mark has developed over 600 cosmetic products.  His pioneering formulas have received Best Of recognition from Oprah MenOPause, Elle and other Beauty publications.  As Founder of MoCRA Compliance Lab, he provides full MoCRA compliance services to Indie Beauty Brands.  Mark holds degrees in Immunology/Microbiology, Organic Chemistry and MBA from University of Texas at Austin and he holds Certifications in Skin Patch Testing and Non Animal Testing of cosmetic ingredients.​​​​​​​
