Michele created A Healthy View to establish a sensible and sustainable approach to nutritional medicine. She has published 3 best-selling books: Beating Sugar Addictions for Dummies; The Healthy Hormone Diet; and Eat, Drink & Still Shrink. 

Michele's business, A Healthy View, specialises in evidence-based research in mental health resilience, leadership, vitality, energy, productivity, hormonal disorders and more! Passionate, authentic and knowledgeable, Michele has several degrees and a diploma of Nutritional Medicine. She is also a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society. Michele is an educator, storyteller, and passionate researcher.
