How to Prepare for a Win

With a massive $50B 10-year potential, the Army's Marketplace for the Acquisition of Professional Services (MAPS) IDIQ is a game-changer, merging the benefits of two major existing contracts: Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 – Services (ITES-3S) and Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3). The 2nd RFP has relaxed the original stringent security requirements allowing a wide range of companies to compete on this contract.

The MAPS IDIQ will award a total of 100 companies, 20 each in the following areas:

Technical & Engineering: NAICS 541330
Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E): NAICS 541715
Management & Advisory: NAICS 561110
High-Level IT: NAICS 541512
Low-Level IT: NAICS 541519

The full RFP is expected to be released in February 2025, but there are a lot of moving parts and companies should start preparations immediately.
