How to Prepare for a Win

With a massive $50B 10-year potential, the Army's Marketplace for the Acquisition of Professional Services (MAPS) IDIQ is a game-changer, merging the benefits of two major existing contracts: Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 – Services (ITES-3S) and Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3).

The MAPS IDIQ will award a total of 100 companies, 20 each in the following areas:

Technical & Engineering: NAICS 541330
Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E): NAICS 541715
Management & Advisory: NAICS 561110
High-Level IT: NAICS 541512
Low-Level IT: NAICS 541519

In addition to requiring a Secret FCL, the RFP spells out a stringent set of security certifications that must be understood and complied with. The full RFP will be released in February 2025, but a lot of work, including security requirements adherence, must start immediately.
