How to Improve Data Quality in Histological Image Analysis
Registrants will receive a replay link after webinar has ended

About the Webinar

Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining of muscle fibers is a popular method for quantifying the morphology of tissue sections. More specifically it is used to measure myofiber diameter as well as classify degenerated and regenerated cell types. Oftentimes this analysis is done manually which is a significant time investment and introduces user error. This webinar will demonstrate a deep learning based solution to automate the workflow and improve data quality as well as how artificial intelligence is trained and applied.

About the presenter
Pavel studied Biomedical Engineering at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. In 2017 he postponed his graduate education to join the MIPAR venture. His work is focused on the practical application of artificial intelligence in computer vision when applied to Materials Science and Biomedical Research.
