Sport England have asked Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) and a consortium of trusted workforce development strategic partners including UK Coaching, EMD UK and CIMSPA to create a unique workforce retention and support package.​​​​​​​

How are we going to do this?

Support for 50,000 people returning to working and volunteering in sport and physical activity. 

Support for 10,000 self-employed people and small businesses to get back on their feet after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Support for 500 employers to reduce the operating costs of re-opening and addressing skills shortages.

CIMSPA, funded by Sport England and supported by UK Coaching and EMD UK, is providing a wealth of training, resources, and tools to help you return to work.
