R U OK? Day  is a national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone that every day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?” and support those struggling with life's ups and downs. This year it takes place on the 9th of September.

In order to uphold the spirit of R U OK? Day, we are hosting a special virtual event with Rachael Lynch, elite athlete and mental health ambassador to inspire and empower you to have meaningful conversations about mental health.

In this live webinar, Rachael will share her story and why she decided to become a champion for mental health. She will also provide tips on how to connect with people using the R U OK? conversation guide.
