What can we do to improve workplace culture around stress?

Did you know the 30th October-3rd November is International Stress Awareness Week and the 1st November is International Stress Awareness Day?

We aim to support this by raising as much awareness as possible in how to improve the ways in which stress is managed in the workplace.

Workplace stress is becoming increasingly common - and increasingly serious. A study by Perkbox found that, of British adults in employment, a staggering 79% commonly experience work-related stress.

​​​​​​​Whether you’re an employee, a CEO, a manager, overcoming stress in the workplace is imperative. Having a happy workforce increases engagement, productivity and helps the positivity flow, so lets eliminate that stress!
