Renita Wolf founded Poe Wolf Partners, an Exit Planning Advisory firm, following a 25-year corporate career that included mergers and acquisitions, where she represented the buy side of transactions. She is now an advocate for entrepreneurs working on the sell-side. Renita partners with entrepreneurs who have built successful businesses and want to exit on their terms. Whether they want to sell, grow, leave the company to their family or employees, or be acquired.

Before Poe Wolf Partners, Renita held CFO and senior finance positions with companies including Wells Fargo, Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Cray Research, and two other companies founded by Seymour Cray. Her responsibilities included overseeing acquisition valuation, due diligence, and integration for technology, manufacturing, and financial service businesses.
