Heading back to work after baby is no small feat, even in "normal" times.  Now, with the world turned upside down, navigating your re-entry into the workforce is even more challenging - and unprecedented. 

In this webinar, we'll focus on practical strategies that can make your return to work - particularly in a remote environment - more calm and successful.

  • Prepare your team for your return, and re-integrate.  Now is the time to over-communicate.  We'll talk about an approach to re-entry that will help you get back into the swing of things at work.

  • Manage the homefront.   Working from home with kids (#wfhwk) is the new normal.  We'll discuss schedules, splitting up time and responsibilities with partners, and the challenges of meeting the demands of colleagues, clients, and babies - simultaneously.

  • Caring for yourself, so you can care for others.  Burnout in this new environment is a real thing.  We'll focus on strategies you can use to avoid isolation, connect with others in the same situation as you are, and ways to fit important and small acts of self-care into your day.
