The Great Resignation has resulted in a paradigm shift in how people perceive their careers and relationships with work. Initially, workers left their jobs for a better work-life balance, higher compensation, and a more supportive work environment. However, as time progresses, employee sentiments have become more intricate.

Employers must be agile and responsive to their employees' changing needs to attract and retain top talent. On the other hand, employees who leave their jobs must adapt to the new realities of the job market to remain competitive.
