GSA OASIS Plus Phase II Release Briefing
OASIS+ Phase II Domains Are Taking Shape -
Is Your Team Aligned to Compete?
GSA OASIS+ is an open-ceiling, Multiple Award IDIQ GWAC with a 10-year period of performance and is one of the largest Non-IT governmentwide acquisition contracts in the federal marketplace for both small and large businesses.
The OASIS+ program is now entering its next major expansion. On January, both the On-Ramp for the previous 8 domains and Phase II for 5 new domains opens.
Phase II introduces five new service domains, creating meaningful new entry and expansion opportunities for both existing OASIS+ Phase I awardees and companies that were previously not competitive.
The five new OASIS+ Phase II domains are:
- Business Administration,
- Financial Services,
- Human Capital,
- Marketing & Public Relations, and
- Social Services.
These domains expand OASIS+ to a total of 13 service domains, each mapped to multiple NAICS codes and size standards, opening the door to a wider range of contractors across administrative, financial, workforce, communications, and social impact sectors
With continuous on-ramps expected to open on or about January 12, 2026, contractors that prepare early will have a significant competitive advantage.
Waiting until the RFP drops limits your options. Preparation now determines whether you can compete later.
