Every classroom is an ecosystem of complex communication. For educators and learners alike the challenges and opportunities therein can therefore all be explored through a communication lens. In this webinar, participants will be introduced to the Communication Crystal, 4C Transformative Learning’s coherence making framework for empowering communication.

This tool has supported effective and enabling communication in over 100 schools, providing insight into how classroom communication (in all its forms) can be designed to support diverse voices, deepen awareness of self and others and support positive action in learning. The webinar will focus specifically on how teachers can make pedagogical decisions that support all voices to be heard and build metacognition for learners.
