JOHN STATON has a background of over 50 years experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, including 20 years directly involved in sun protection product testing. John is a life member of the ASCC and serves in a number of industry representative roles with ASMI, ACCORD and Standards. He is the Australian representative to the ISO Committee on Sunscreen Testing-TC 217 (The committee for development of sunscreen standards) and a member of the CS-042 - Standards Australia committee for sunscreen test development.

KELLY A. DOBOS is a consultant cosmetic chemist with expertise in skin care and color cosmetics. A graduate of Oberlin College with a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Kelly also obtained a Masters degree in pharmaceutical sciences with emphasis in cosmetic science from the University of Cincinnati. She has been a dedicated volunteer with the United States Society of Cosmetic Chemists since 2004 serving in numerous roles and was elected to serve as the 73rd President in 2019 at which point she created the Florence Wall Award to recognize the contributions of women in the field of cosmetic science. Kellyis also a subject matter expert for publications like Allure and New Beauty magazines in addition to news organizations like NPR and The Washington Post. 

PERRY ROMANOWSKI is IFSCC Chair of Education representing the Society of Cosmetic Chemists on the IFSCC Praesidium. He's dedicated to bringing accessible cosmetic science to individuals around the world with all levels of education and experience, but especially those exploring this field or new to it.
