About Hisashi Mihara

​​​​​​​Hisashi Mihara is a researcher at the Fragrance laboratory, TAKASAGO International Corporation, Japan. Since 2018 he has worked in the applied development department for fragrances, focusing on the development of deodorization technology and the encapsulation of fragrances. Prior to his current position he worked in the basic research department of TAKASAGO, focused on dispersion stability research for the  cosmetics and beverages industries, and the science of foaming. He joined TAKASAGO in 2008.

About Dr. Fuji Kanda

Named an IFSCC Fellow in the first cohort, Dr. Kanda has contributed to the IFSCC on many levels for many years. Most recently he served as Chair of Science for six years. He spent his corporate career at Shiseido, and is now President of a global consulting firm. Fuji is a sought-after speaker because of his passion for sharing his experiences and wisdom, his unparalleled devotion to furthering our industry, and his willingness to tackle any project or topic.

About Perry Romanowski

Perry joined the IFSCC Praesidium in 2019 as Chair of Education; previously he was President of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and continues to serve the SCC in Regional roles. He runs an on-line education company devoted to helping beginning (and not-so-beginning) cosmetic scientists enter and thrive in our industry. When he's not teaching, Perry runs everyday to continue his 11,000+ day running streak.
