KPMG WEBINAR

KPMG Budget Briefing

About The Webinar

The UK Chancellor will present his 2021 Budget to Parliament on 3 March 2021. This is the first Budget after the UK’s departure from the EU and comes at a time of unprecedented demands on the UK economy and the Exchequer, as the government addresses the economic and social consequences of COVID-19. There has been much speculation about changes to capital gains tax, following last year’s consultation, and to corporation tax rates, as well as a possible wealth tax.

KPMG in the Crown Dependencies (following the merger of our Channel Islands and Isle of Man firms) will be delivering its analysis of the impact that any measures may have on businesses in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. At the same time, our local experts will give an update on tax developments across the three islands over the last few months and review recent international developments with the work of the OECD and the EU Code of Conduct Group.

We will be delighted if you can join our webinar on Thursday 4 March, the morning after the Chancellor’s speech.
