SEA TO CITY MAKE THE MOVE WEBINARS

In conversation with Richard Meikle of Solis Marine

About The Webinar

This webinar is part of the Sea to City networking and mentoring scheme, run by Nautilus International and Maritime London, aiming to encourage seafarers looking to move ashore to consider maritime services positions in London.

The maritime professional services sector has a constant requirement for seafaring skills, however, many seafarers are unaware of the career choices that exist ashore, how to access them and which sectors they would be best suited to. Maritime London and Nautilus International joined forces to organise a series of webinars to address just that.

If you are an ex-seafarer looking for the next step in your career or currently working at sea but thinking of coming ashore, join us for a 30-minute-long conversation (live or watch a recording later) with a maritime services professional who has made a successful sea-to-shore career transition.

In this webinar Helen Kelly, Director of Communications at Nautilus International will host Richard Meikle, Partner and Master Mariner at Solis Marine Consultants, who will share his own experiences, with the webinar attendees being able to post questions throughout the session.
