SSM is launching Compliance Clinic and Statutory Document Submission Recovery Campaign from 16 Apr to 30 Sept 2026 to help companies meet requirements under the Companies Act 2016, including clearing outstanding Annual Returns, Beneficial Ownership Information, Financial Statements and Striking Off for inactive Companies.

In summary, I feel that this SSM Campaign like ~ 5 months Organic Detox Programme to ensure healthy ecosystem for Malaysia business community. It's a very good opportunity for Companies and Directors to DETOX while Company Secretaries to REMOVE or UNSTUCK their name from companies which they had resigned via S237.
