How to:
Feel the Feeling, Without Becoming the Emotion
About The Free Webinar
We have many emotions, from fear and anxiety when we're nervous or stressed to sadness and grief when we've experienced loss or death to apathy and helplessness when we feel stuck or unsure. Naturally, we experience frustration when someone crosses a boundary or disrespects us. But we also feel pride when we are confident about something we've accomplished, love for those we care for, and joy when doing something that lights us up and is fun.
Emotions are a normal and healthy part of being human. Still, it's not easy sometimes to feel the full range of emotions, primarily if we've learned that some are "bad" while others are "good." Plus, let's be honest some emotions FEEL crappy while others feel NICE and EASY! Who wouldn't want to only feel happy and empowered all the time?!
The trouble is, if we won't let ourselves feel the heavier ones, we can't fully access the brighter ones. It's almost as though we're afraid that if we let ourselves feel certain emotions such as anger or sorrow, we'll sink so deeply into them that we won't recover. . . we won't bounce back. The tidal wave will overtake us and we'll drown in our sorrow and fear. And so we do everything we can to avoid them often by creating disempowering coping mechanisms.
And that is why we want to teach you how to "feel the feeling without becoming the emotion. To witness it. Allow it. And then, release it."
During this 60-minute free webinar, we will give you some tips to help you do just that. You'll learn:
How to stop giving your power away
It can feel disempowering when people or situations are able to "rock" us deeply. But when we're able to better protect our energy, we can feel more confident showing up as our greatest selves, knowing that we have the ability to access our own inner power that is forever connected to an unlimited life force.
The process for moving through a feeling (not bypassing it)
Feelings are not meant to be ignored. There is a great saying, "Whatever is repressed, will find a way to be expressed." Most often it shows up as self-sabotage. Luckily, there's a way to move through all feelings and emotions with understanding, compassion, and awareness. But it takes knowing the right questions to ask yourself. We're going to be covering these!
How to heal old wounds without getting stuck in them
Maybe you're unaware that you have old wounds but let us tell you something... it doesn't matter who you are or how much money you have, we all have emotional wounds. We all have old stories and experiences that have hurt us that unless we face and deal with, play an intricate although often unconscious part in the way we think and operate today. Dealing with an old wound can feel scary or "yucky," but it doesn't have to be. We'll be covering this, too!
