Tina Babel and Mark Mulchek, from the law firm of Carmody MacDonald, P.C., will be giving their presentation: “The Wake-Up Call to Estate Planning: Tales from a Trust Estate Planner and Litigator.” Tina and Mark will be talking about why estate planning is so important and will be using their own experiences and cases in St. Louis and St. Charles Courts to liven things up. They will explain how this time of COVID has affected their practices and the legal system and give some tips and best practices to help protect your families.
