As of July 1, 2026, the new "Silver" tier will automatically become the standard for all DACH customers with a Tricise Automic license — at no additional cost. The "Gold" and "Platinum" Service Tiers extend this baseline offering for organizations that need additional operational support or want to run Automic as a SaaS solution.
