Thenzie Stewart - Chairperson of IITPSA’s WIIT
Thenzie Stewart is a Senior Manager for Application Development, Testing, Support and Maintenance. Her career spans over 23 years of experience in ERP systems and automating business processes. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology. She has a robust portfolio of certifications in Software Development, Project Management, COBIT, Business Analysis, and IT Service Management. She has also completed senior and executive leadership programmes at the University of Pretoria and Wits Business School. Her leadership roles at various public and private organisations have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of technology strategy, digital transformation, and IT procurement. A passionate advocate for women's empowerment, Thenzie believes in encouraging young female professionals to pursue careers in STEM with a key focus in technology. She is committed to community work and the promotion of technology for societal benefit. Thenzie is dedicated to ensuring that every woman in IT has the support and opportunities needed to thrive and succeed.

Celia Mantshiyane
Celia is a seasoned cybersecurity leader and the Chief Information Security Officer at MTN with a wealth of experience in IT infrastructure project management, IT operations, Risk and governance, and cybersecurity. As a global speaker, she has presented at several conferences on topics ranging from effective IT Governance and Risk, Cybersecurity and Women in leadership. For her immense contribution, in 2022, she was nominated as the Top 100 CISO, Top 50 Cybersecurity Woman in IT and one of the Top 10 Guardians of Cyber Space. She was recognised as one of the Top 5 African Women Shaping Cybersecurity in Africa by Business Day. She is a fierce advocate for diversity and invests her time in mentoring and coaching young women
