BIP54-Cleaning up the Bitcoin consensus protocol
BIP54 is a Bitcoin Improvement proposal known as the consensus cleanup soft fork proposal. It is a technical initiative aimed at addressing four long-standing vulnerabilities within the Bitcoin consensus protocol. The four issues to be addressed are the Timewarp bug fix, Signature operation limits, invalidating 64-Byte Transactions and eliminating the need for BIP30 validation.
